There’s a better way to work.

Team Swoogo is an unparalleled group of humans, brought together despite distance (and a time zone or two) by an honest-to-God love for our work. Join us.

MOBILE DEVELOPER

Here’s the thing; the last time we didn’t physically have our phones in our hands was 2006, and we’re not trying to move backwards. We’re looking for a mobile developer to help us take this nerd sh!t on the road.

Senior Devops engineer

We’re looking for a talented engineer to help us take Swoogo to the next level. Vitamin D deficiency and Soylent addiction not required.

Customer success manager (technical)

We’re kind of freaked out by people who love people, but man are we glad you exist. We’re looking for a tech-oriented Customer Success Manager.

SALES MaNaGER

We’re looking for someone who can ABC and AIDA and BANT and BOFU and TOFU and all that jazz. Basically a super-hungry Sales Manager to help us grow our business.

If you have to work, you might as well have fun.

WORK FROM HOME (OR HOME AWAY FROM HOME).

The idea that employees need to report to an office every day strikes us as fundamentally… wrong. That’s why we don’t have one— every Swoogo employee is free to work from where they like, whether that’s their living room in Louisiana, a coworking space Cleveland, or a café in Copenhagen. As long as you have wifi and can report for normal business hours (9-6 EST, whatever those may be in your location), you’re good to go.

OUR CULTURE

We look at our culture as a galaxy. Each of our teams— marketing (the spider), sales (the fisher), customer success (the ox), and product (the giraffe)— thrive under their own set of values. Not all teams can function with the exact same code, and we think that’s pretty cool. But at the end of the day, there are some values we all share: Ownership, leadership, creativity, empathy, agility, and transparency.

What does that mean? It means we embrace the entrepreneurial spirit in everyone, and we know that the best ideas can come from anywhere. We communicate openly, and we’re always ready to try something new to find a new solution. It means our teams may not interact every single day, but we always have each other’s backs. So hey, what’s your sign?

THE USUAL PERKS

Of course, on top of the BIG perk (for us, that’s full-time nomadism), we pack a lot of the usual small perks too: competitive salaries, health insurance, and bi-annual company offsites.

Work hard (but not too hard)

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, or so they say. We try not to work more than 40 hours a week, and every employee gets 14 days of PTO— that we actually want you to take. Plus, we get that life happens; you’ll never be penalized for needing to run to a doctor’s appointment or pick your kid up from school. Promise.
